What to expect

In this one-hour session, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, ease tension, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom as you prepare for birth. We’ll close with a prenatal yoga sequence to soften, breathe and relax.

This webinar includes:

-Understanding the role of the nervous system in birth, and what the mind and body need to allow birth to unfold

-Exploring the fear–tension–pain cycle and how gentle awareness and support can help interrupt it

-A simple, reassuring overview of birth physiology, including the hormones that support labour and why trust and safety matter

-A short & sweet prenatal yoga practice focused on relaxation and pelvic release.

This session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
